Holiday inn express

MR Engineering was retained by it’s client to conduct a geotechnical invetigation to determine the subsurface conditions for the proposed site of multi-storied hotel Holiday Inn Express in St Albert. MR also provided recommendations for the foundaion of the structures and proposed parking lot pavement development. MR was also involved in field and in house material testing. Further scope was to conduct topographic and boundary survey for the proposed site. MR also provided grading plan and mechanical site plan. The project is under construction and is expected to be completed by 2020.
