Reserve Fund Study for Meadowlark Village Condominium

MR Engineering Ltd. was retained by Meadowlark Village Condominium Corporation Management to perform a capital replacement reserve fund study for the Meadowlark Village Condominium complex. This study included the following:

• Determination of the inventory of all major common property
• Inspections of the common property components to assess the remaining life of the components
• Reviewing of the operation and maintenance history of the complex
• Determination of repair and replacement requirements for the major common property components
• Offering an opinion of probable cost for work required
• Developing financial requirements to establish and maintain a reserve fund to finance the future repairs
