Commercial Four (4) Leaf Shop

MR Engineering had its electrical and mechanical team work closely with the project stakeholders to produce quality design and engineering for its completion of the four leaf shop within the definite time frame.

As part of the electrical deliverables, we provided the client with electrical site plan, main power & auxiliary plan, lighting plan, electrical details & schedules and fire alarm details.

Mechanical package included schematic diagram/piping layout for water distribution system, piping layout for drainage system and heating plan/HVAC plan for the shop area.

Right from the word go, the project demanded detailed coordination with the shop owner, contractor and manufacturer.

As part of the building permit application requirement, MR Engineering signed off on the ABC schedule.
