Residential Condominium Edmonton

MR Engineering was involved in an Environmental Site Assessment (Phase 1) for a condominium property in Edmonton. It was a 3 storied residential apartment complex, approximately 20 years old. The objective of this assessment was to assess the environmental condition of this site based on its historical and current use. The client needed this document for buy-sell purpose. Based on the current and historical information collected, there were no potential environmental issues associated with the subject property.
