MR Engineering was retained by its client to do an Environmental Site Assessment (Phase 1) for future potential multi-home residential property in Calmar. The objective of this assessment was to assess the environmental condition of this site based on its historical and current use. Based on the current and historical information collected, there were no potential environmental issues associated with the subject property; hence no further assessment was warranted.
