Geotechnical Investigation for James Mowatt Trail Commercial Complex
Description:
MR Engineering was retained by it’s client to conduct a geotechnical invetigation to determine the subsurface conditions for the proposed James Mowatt Trail Commercial Complex. The scope of work for the investigation included characterizing soil paramenters and groundwater status by conducting borehole drilling operation in the field & laboratory testing program. MR also provided geotechnical recoomendations for the design and construction of the foundation of proposed building structure,access road and related underground utilities. It will be a commercial strip mall which is expected to finish by 2022.
