MR Engineering was retained by its client to do an Environmental Site Assessment (Phase 1) for this property. The objective of this assessment was to assess the environmental condition of this site based on its historical and current use. Based on the current and historical information collected, there were no potential environmental issues associated with the subject property; except for the fact that there is a gas pipeline passing through one corner of the property and there were trees burnt down which suggests there must have been a fire few years back.
