Forensic Investigation for Woodland Heights Condominium Access Road

MR Engineering was retained by it’s client to conduct a failure investigation of the internal road surface within the condominium campus. The objective of the investigation was to understand the root cause of the asphalt surface cracking or failure, surface heaving and raod surface settlement with the Woodland Heights Condominium site. This failure investigation report includes subsurface soil and asphalt concrete conditions and remedial measures to be taken to improve the serviceability. The scope of work for the failure investigation included review of available information, assessment of subsurface profiles, groundwater and asphalt concrete pavement and recomendations for remedial design.
