Reserve Fund Study for Royal Oak Condominium
MR Engineering Ltd. was retained by it’s client to perform a capital replacement reserve fund study for the Royal Oak Condominium complex. This reserve fund study report will be considered as a dynamic document and the Board is supposed to review and update the projection annually. The reserve fund study will be re-evaluated periodically by a technical audit on a maximum of every five years to reflect the current condition of the common property components, the requirements of the Corporation, inflation and the cost of money.
